- We offer a variety of UPS shipping options, including Ground, Second Day and Next Day. We do not offer Sunday delivery. We cannot guarantee Monday delivery, as weather conditions sometimes prevent us from shipping over the weekend. UPS Ground Delivery normally takes 3 to 5 days, depending on where the order is going.

- Returns & Replacements
- We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in new and unused condition. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault. - Headsync accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. We do not accept checks or cash at this time. PLEASE NOTE that we only accept one form of payment per order.
